Workplace Psychology

Practical psychology for teams who do hard work.

Psychologist-led workplace workshops for pressure at work, sleep on night, early and changing shifts, and difficult work that follows you home.

For HR, People and L&D teams

Skills your people can use when the work gets hard.

Designed for organisations that want practical psychological skills their people can use during demanding work, without turning a workplace workshop into therapy.

Workplace wellbeing advice is easy to hear and hard to use when the pressure is actually happening.

These workshops focus on practical psychological skills for those moments: during a difficult shift, around disrupted sleep, or when a hard day follows you home.

Three programmes

Built around three moments.

During the workday

Calm Under Pressure

A simple, body-based routine to steady yourself while pressure is happening. Designed for use before, during or after demanding moments at work.

For: customer-facing teams, managers and high-pressure roles.

Around sleep

Sleep Reset

Practical sleep skills for night, early and changing shifts: how sleep pressure and the body clock work together, how to build a personal 24-hour plan, and how to create a wind-down routine that fits the schedule.

For: teams whose working hours don't follow a standard day.

After difficult work

Don't Take It Home

How to switch off after hard days: a two-minute end-of-shift routine, a personal recovery plan, and a simple way for colleagues to check in on each other.

Two versions: support teams handling difficult calls, and content teams exposed to distressing material.

Each programme: 90 minutes · online or in person · participant guide included.

How it works

From first email to results you can share.

  1. A short scoping call

Sooraj learns about your team: roles, schedules and where the pressure sits.

  2. A session matched to your team

Examples and practice built around their real working day.

  3. Results you can share

A group-level summary of anonymous confidence ratings, before and after. No individual responses are ever shared. Participants keep a practical guide.
